Camera Shots Project

Directions of The Project:

For my first preliminary project, I made a story consisting of 15 shots, 10 of the camera angles or shots were specifically assigned and made mandatory by my teacher, and for the other 5 I could choose whichever shots I wanted to use.

Development:

My partner and I agreed that our school's new metal detector and phone rule could be a good inspiration for our project. We decided to use 2 inanimate objects (water bottles) to tell our story. We also drew facial expressions on the water bottles to assist in close-up shots. We planned each shot on a piece of paper and then took them when we were finished with our planning. Then, we pasted each picture onto a PowerPoint, and on each slide, we explained the shot or angle and the scene.

Reflection:

I think that in this project the shots were used accurately and fit into the scene. I think that the shots described the story well. Although, they could've been taken in a better or more accurate location to fit into the story.
